Ok for those of you who missed American Idol last night, here’s a recap of the events that happened. Lil Rounds, is not doing as well as the judges thought that she would be doing, she seems to lack originality, Simon Cowell told her “I have no idea who you are.” If Lil Rounds, 24 year old Memphis mom she may very well be the next to go. Something happened last night that was very much out of the ordinary, Simon Cowell gave someone a standing ovation. Adam Lambert, received a standing ovation for his rendition of “Mad World” by Tears for Fears. Other people that recieved high praises were Danny Glokey ( a fav of mine), Anoop Desai also recieved some praises. Kris Allan that usually gets good reviews, didn’t do so hot according to Simon Cowell, Cowell used words such as “indulgent, boring, forgettable.” The 16 year old, Iraheta, also did a good job according to judge Randy Jackson, compared her to Kelly Clarkson and said she could sing her face off just like Kelly Clarkson. Tonight is the result show, and who knows if America get’s it wrong according to the judges, they may use their save.
