This weekend, I spent my saturday night and my hard earned money to go and check out Obsessed, I won’t lie the previews did captivate me and I was drawn to go watch another of Beyonce’s movies. Obsessed, was exactly what I expected it to be, which was a thriller of a psychotic stalker that wanted to take someone’s husband that wasn’t interested in her. I hope I didn’t too much but this was really a summary of the entire movie. There were really no twist or turns to the movie, nothing unexpected happen, the previews may have made it seem that Idris, the husband was guilty and I guess you can find out for your self, but trust me you won’t be shocked or surprised. The fighting scene, which is where the most action happens, the climax really of the movie, is where it gets a little interesting, Beyonce fights in what seems to be like 4 inch heels, that was probably the most insane part of the movie. Other than that I would probably have to give this movie a B-/C+. In all honestly, it was just not that captivating.
