What is my Business really? Well, as a project manager for a web design firm mine first priority is to know first my client’s business and theirs needs. I have seen and heard businesses start and less then a year sometimes take a plunge. I have analyze and learned from that. With this said, by understanding and knowing my client’s needs then I can better define my business.
If a client needs a website, I make it my duty to remove the load of thinking for them. We define their needs and provide a customized proposal based on their needs. One thing I have always said is that, I know how much I am worth and most of the time my clients will know how much I am worth by the quality of the work deliver to them. I often make this statement that I don’t really worry about money but my services with be compensated accordingly.
