What should I have for breakfast if I'm looking to lose weight?

For so long people have been trying to figure the best diets they can go on in order to shed a few pounds here and there, but I believe that losing weight is something that shouldn’t happen overnight, which means that dieting shouldn’t be a way to go about losing weight. I think that changing your lifestyle, changing eating habits will really help you shed those pounds and keep them off in the long run.

Here are some tasty things that you can have for breakfast if you would like to lose some weight or you just want to eat healthy.

-Before you ingest any food in the morning, drink a glass of water.

-Scrambled eggs or Omelet with onions, green peppers, but cook it in light olive oil

-Lots of fruits, such as pineapples, grapes, cantelope, watermelon- you can switch these up every morning to give you a variety

-Cereal with low fat milk- Stay away from any cereals that has lots of sugar

-Yogurt w/ side of fruit

-Oatmeal

-Muffin w/side of fruit

-If you don’t want to eat fruits, you can drink a glass of Orange Juice Instead.

Eating breakfast is imperative if you want to lose weight!!!

  • To answer the question, eat plenty of fruit for breakfast to maintain a healthy body weight.

  • I am confused as to why Americans, are so infaturated with loosing weight, and why they have such a hard time eating healthy. It is so simple. I believe that if you love and respect your body, you will adopt good eating habit, that will come naturally to you, with out even thinking about it.
