What are you thankful for? – Happy Thanksgiving!!
Despite the massive increase of the unemployment rate I am grateful to still have a job. In spite of the growing rate of foreclosures I still have a place to call home where I can sleep and eat and I am grateful for that. There are my many people in my life that have helped me to grow academically, professionally, and spiritually. It pains me at time to see people taking the things they have or the people they have in their lives for granted. Be grateful for what you have. I read somewhere that “Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have”. How many of us can really say that we are happy because of what we have, not many. We all have things in life we want to achieve and things we have to have but does that really define our happiness? Take a moment and think about this and if it’s not too much trouble, let us know what you are thankful for this year.
